What level does a evee evolve into a leafoen?

To Evolve eevee into leafeon, go to the moss-covered rock in the eterna forest. then get some Exp. points (idk how many) and it will evolve into leafeon. For Glaceon, go to the Ice-covered rock on Rt. 217 And then it's the same deal as leafeon.

You have to level up Eevee near a moss rock.

In Diamond/Pearl/Platinum The moss rock is located in the Eterna Forest

In Black/White (1 and 2) The moss rock is located in the Pinwheel forest

it does not matter what level eevee is at it evolves when you have a leaf stone i think. REAL ANSWER you dont use a leaf stone. ok go into eterna forest and look for a rock that is covered in moss.when u find it there is grass all around it.so fight in that grass and level up evee in that patch of grass and evee will evolve. same thing if you want a glaceon go to route 217 and there is an ice rock. i know this is right because i tried it myself and now i have my own glaceon and leafeon!

Evee has eight distinct evolutions that all depend on the location and item Evee is holding when it evolves. Evee evolves into Leafeon when Evee levels up by the Moss covered stone.

Eevee cannot evolve into Leafeon in SoulSilver. You must trade it to Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum, then level it up near the moss-covered rock in Eterna Forest.
