What level does a level 70 Magikarp evolve?

You can catch up to a level 100 magikarp in the lake in the resort area next to your villa. It can be any level between 1-100. It will take a while but you'll just have to be patient i didnt take me very long to get the lvl 100, i just caught it 10 minutes ago and since magikarp is a weak Pokemon it should be farely easy to catch, but be very careful not to make it faint. After about 20 minutes u could have like about 2 or 3 lvl 80's or lvl 70's.
