There are two ways to get Pansear...
1) If you chose Oshawott as your starter go to the Dreamyard. Walk right all the way to the last person you see. He will then give you a level 10 Pansear.
Or...
2) Go in the shaking grass in Pinwheel Forest and you will evantually find a Pansear.

∙ 13y agoYou have to use a Leaf Stone to evolve it. You can evolve it anytime if you have one, though!
