Dont use a master ball. I catch him with a ultra ball but his hard to catch be sure to save the game before hes level 45 moves extrasensory, sunny day, fire blast and sacred fire. You need a rainbow feather i forgot the other one xP
Level 45. In SoulSilver it is level 70.

∙ 12y agoAbra evolves into Kadabra at lvl 16, which then can be immediately evolved simply by trading with a friend (evolves during trade). I would recommend doing this as unlike previous version, evolved Pokemon are stronger and do NOT learn moves slower.

∙ 13y agoif you mean when you catch it probably mewtwo, but if you mean anytime, it depends on training. Mewtwo is legendary you will need all 16 badges and surf to get in the cerulean cave (Mewtwo's home) and preferably flash (HM that lights up caves) thx if i could help!
