Probably not. If you have the right items, and a lot of them, it will be possible, but difficult. The Elite Four use Pokemon that are at level 40-50, and keep in mind that there are FIVE elite four. (misnomer? no, champion) I recommend leveling your Nido's to at least 45 each to ease the difficulty a little. Also keep in mind that your Pokemon have a glaring array of weaknesses you need to cover, such as ground and water.
