What level will evee evolve into a Lefeon or Glaceon?

to get lefeon you must take an evee to the eterna forest and go as far west as possible and go to a rock that says it has moss on it train around it lvl up once and you will get a lefeon.same thing with glaceon exept you have to go to snow point city and go to a rock that says it has frost on it and train till you lvl up

If youre trying to evolve it into Umbreon, make it happy and level it up at night. If your evolving it to glaceon, train it south of snowpoint city. There is a rock in the top corner of that route. Train it up 1 level there and it will evolve.

JOLTEON: Thunderstone

VAPOREON: Water Stone

ESPEON: It needs alot of happiness, and it depends on time of day. Like I said, it evolves into Umbreon at night, so it evolves into Espeon in the day, from four a.m. to eight p.m. Too make it happy enough: Keep it in your party every 256 steps its happiness goes up 1. Massage it in Vielstone City for 3 happiness (by the way it needs 220 happiness) Massage it at the ribbon syndicate, and its happiness goes up by 5. and every level it gains its happiness goes up one. use a exp share if you have one. and do not let it faint.

LEAFEON:It evolves because a moss rock is in the Eterna/Pinwheel forest. It does not evolve with a leaf stone and it cant evolve in Johto.

It does not have a specific level but you have to level it up near the ice covered rock near snowpoint.
Technically, Eevee doesn't evolve by leveling it up. You have to level it up near Frozen Rock, close to Snowpoint City. No matter what level it is, it will evolve into Glaceon if you're close enough to Frozen Rock (like Leafeon, who evolves from Mossy Rock).

omn route 216 near snowpoint city you with see this red haired girl go north past her and you will see a blue rocko p to it and it will say 'The boulder in encrusted with ice.
