If they are related at all (same Middleton line), it is very distant. Arthur's ancestors came to the United States, while Kate's father's family have always lived in England. She could be a very distant cousin, or not related to him at all. Technically speaking, all humans are related, as shown by studies in our DNA such as the Human Genome Project. But in most cases it's too distant to matter and I think this is the case with Kate and Arthur Middleton.
