The closest thing would be The Shaggy Dog. the film was produced by Walt Disney and is one of the more funny plot ideas based on Disney"s special effects mania. a young man, a high-school student in the original story, is somehow ( I believe he finds a magic ring at a museum) transformed into a Sheep Dog. Somehow the Werewolf or Vampire idea not to shock but to amuse.Problem is, how do we get him back to the human form? Fred Macmurray played the father character, an actress Annette Funicello the love interest for the Dogman. By the way this is a not uncommon mental illness- called cynanthropy- a disorder where the patient imagines themself to be- a Dog. I knew a woman in a senior citizen home who thought she was a Bulldog! sometimes she would go on barking for like twenty minutes in the commissary. It happens. She"s come out of it ( I really don"t think I'm a bulldog but woof woof, rufff! snarling sounds. It was funny and sad at the same time.
