Gale doesn't kill prim. His bomb design does. He designed bombs that blow up, people go to help the others, then his bombs explode a second time. Plutarch and Coin release the bombs into the group of children, then when prim goes to give medical attention to the children, The other bombs go off and prim dies.

A quarter page ad typically measures around 4.25 inches wide and 5.5 inches tall, assuming a standard letter-sized page. However, the exact dimensions may vary depending on the publication or design specifications.
It would depend on a few factors. Looking back at my old essays I average about 400 words per page. One-quarter page would be ~100 words. Looking at others answers to similar questions they say about 250 words a page, 62.5 words a quarter.
Fold a page in half and then in half again. Unfold it. One square is one quarter page. As for the design, color, font, etc, that depends on you and the owner of the publication you want the ad published in.
