The pyramids did not need protectors from tomb raiders. The ancient Egyptians would make paths inside the pyramids, in which tomb raiders or other people who did not belong there, and the people would get lost. Some rooms included traps, in which people would get trapped or caught by other Egyptians. There would usually be a secret way to get inside the tomb, so in this matter, tomb raiders would have a very hard time finding their way to get to the jewels, treasures, and the mummy.

People have historically broken into mummy tombs using various methods, including digging tunnels, exploiting structural weaknesses, or simply using tools like chisels and crowbars to force their way in. Some tomb raiders studied architectural layouts to find hidden entrances or weaknesses in the tomb's design. Additionally, during ancient times, looters often took advantage of the chaotic conditions following burial, such as political unrest, to access these sites. Today, many tombs are protected by laws and archaeological practices to prevent such activities.
