I don't think anyone is actually going to answer this with a true and unbiased answer. I don't think anyone knows, and to my knowledge, isn't mentioned in the story.
But looking at his path from being abducted at the age of 6 to be trained a super soldier in the Spartan II program until his adulthood to eventually just fight wars - Master Chief has no religion, and given Spartans lack of much social ability with other people - he would probably no opinion.
He's just a human that only cared about the survival of the human species as a whole with no prejudices.
