Okay, one. Yuck. Those are BAD moves. Personally, I would Teach It:
Fly
Ice Beam - Freezes
Thunderbolt - Paralyzes
Flamethrower - Burns
Another Thing
Wing Attack/Ariel Ace - AA always hits
Ice Beam - F
Thunderbolt - P
Flamethrower - B
But if you insist : Ice Beam. Ice Beam because it is great against Grass, Bug, Rock, Dragon. And more.

Most of his Pokemon are Dragon Types, so bring an Ice move. Don't rely on a Gyaradose with Ice fang though, unfortunately, his Dragonite knows Thunder. Also, bring a Pokemon who knows Thunderbolt, to knock out his Gyaradose.
