Did Louis de soissons design for lambeth council?

Louis de Soissons designed several buildings that are in Lambeth and are now owned by Lambeth Council, but were commissioned by others. His distinguished Larkhall Estate (designed with another great architect George G. Wornum, who designed the Royal Institute of Architects HQ on Portland Place and also Parliament Square) was built in 1926-31, bought by the London County Council in 1935, transferred to the Greater London Council in 1965 and then to Lambeth in the 1980s. It is now Grade II listed. De Soissons also designed Acland House, Blair House and Morant House - an extension to the LCC's Stockwell Gardens Estate of 1937. After WWII, de Soissons desinged a much larger extension to the Stocwkell Gardens Estate on the south side of Stockwell Road (Cassell House, Thring House, Paton House etc), built between 1952 and 1960. De Soissons was also architect to the Duchy of Cornwall and he built several of the fine neo-Georgian blocks of flats on the Duchy's Kennington Estate along Kennington Lane (e.g. Tamar House) and Restormel Hosue on Chester Way. After WWII de Soissons designed Rothesay Court (1956) between Oval Underground Station and the cricket ground.
