Michelangelo's mighty statue was David, a 16ft and 10 inch marble statue (including base) of David before his battle with the giant goliath.

Donatello, Verrocchio and Michelangelo all did.
Michelangelo's statue of David may be the best known but many artists have done statues of David such as Donatello and Bernini.

Oh, dude, like, Donatello didn't build the David sculpture. That was actually Michelangelo who sculpted the famous David statue. It took Michelangelo about three years to complete the masterpiece from 1501 to 1504. So, yeah, Donatello didn't even have to worry about that one.

Both artists painted angels within their art as well as biblical subjects.
Donatello and Andrea del Verrocchio did. There were actually two bronze David statues created in the Italian 15th century. The most famous was by Donatello in the 1440s, and the other was by Verrocchio done later in the 1470s. Verrocchio was the teacher of Leonardo da Vinci. Both works are in the Bargello Museum in Florence, Italy.
