What time is it in Disney World?

It depends on where you are staying at the Walt Disney resort. Most places are 3:00pm unless you are staying in a Disney Deluxe Villas (4:00pm) or the campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort (1pm).

It depends on what you want to do. If for instance you want to ride the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, it would be best to get there early if not at open to avoid the crowd. If you simply want to stroll through the park it really doesn't matter what time you get there.

you can check-in in anytime but you need to check-out on 12:00AM or maybe 14:00, different hotel have different policy.
