If you want other neopets, there is a bar at the top of the page that says view more neopets. Click on that bar, and you will be given a new choice.

To put your pet up for adoption on NeoPets, go to the "Neopian Pound" and select the "Pound" option. From there, you can choose the pet you want to adopt out and click on the "Adopt Out" button. Follow the prompts to confirm your decision, and your pet will be listed for adoption. Remember, once you put your pet up for adoption, you won't be able to get them back unless they are adopted by another player.

It's impossible to changed the NST on Neopets. NST, which stands for Neopets Standard Time is based on the time in which Neopets runs, which, I believe, is Pacific time. If it doesn't match the time in your time zone, don't fret. NST cannot be changed, and you must follow it to do dailes, such as the Snowager of the Tombola.
