You go to the 6th gym's city and go above (at the water) and then you surf until you reach a waterfall. You should go up with the Hidden move (HM): waterfall. Then you battle your way through the Victory road ( in the cave which you can see when ur above the waterfall). Then, when you've exited the Victory road, you go Inside the Cathedral-looking big building. Inside you should finish the storyline and go face the elite-four and Cynthia the champ. After that u should fill ur pokedex and go to Proffessor Rowan's lab and get a national dex. Also you can now go visit The Icy town (sry don't know the name) and go to the battle zone by boat.
