I think you go to seafloor cavern and find captain stern's submarine, then dive up and you will be in a rock cave. (Depending on which version you have there will either be alot of team magma or aqua members to battle. When you get to the end of the cave, it will become misty, where you will face Kyogre in sapphire or Groudon in Ruby. Then maxie will come and challenge you to a battle. After that the storyline will guide you and the sky will be flashing because Kyogre and Groudon will be fighting.
