You go talk to this guy in there and then exit go to the tower go to the top floor catch a gengar and name it good mems go back to the house of memories and talk to gengar then press start+select+L+R at the same time SAVE IT FIRST then go out fly to the elite 4 then when ur there beat the elite 4 and return home and fly to victory road then fly to the house of memories then theres a surprise.

∙ 11y agoIt just slightly lowers the happiness of the pokemon following you each time u speak to it while inside which is useful if it knows the move frustration. Pokemon that give you the message " (insert name here) is motionless not looking at anything as if in meditation" are immune to the effects.
