Godric's Hollow is the town where he lived as a baby, back before his parents were killed by Voldemort.
Little Whinging is the town where he lived with his awful Muggle relatives, the Dursleys.
Hogsmeade is the all-magic town located near Hogwarts.

It is never made very clear if there is a wall around Hogwarts. In the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie there appears to be one but nothing was mentioned in any of the books. It's likely that there isn't one because it would make it harder to hide from muggles (who see a ruined castle when they are near Hogwarts, having a wall around it would bring that into question) and because the Hogwarts boundaries stretch past a forest.
