(edit: U can find a lickitung on route 215, and then evolve it for a lickylicky. and u can get a free porygon in Veilstone from a man in a house next to the department store. evolve it by trading it while its holding an Up-Grade, and then trade it again holding a Dubious Disc 2 make it a Porygon Z.
