on route 222 you have to battle all the fishermen. its the third one from coming from valor lakefront.GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!! PS if you find a lickylicky or a porygon2 pleeaaaaaaaassssssseeeeee post it on this website ( only fore platinum version)
(edit: U can find a lickitung on route 215, and then evolve it for a lickylicky. and u can get a free porygon in Veilstone from a man in a house next to the department store. evolve it by trading it while its holding an Up-Grade, and then trade it again holding a Dubious Disc 2 make it a Porygon Z. On the North side of Route 212, there's a trainer named Rich Boy Jason who has 1 and your Rival could have 1 if you started with Chimchar.
