Beat the game with National Dex and go to the Giant Chasm, go into the cave, once you go out you will be entered into a field. Try to find the center with the little lake and there'll be a screech if you do find it. Snow will fall and go up North and you'll see a little cavern. Enter it and Kyurem will be there. Recommended to have Fire Type Pokemon (To resist the Ice type attacks) and bring Dragon Type Pokemon (For offensive). Also bring a lot of Ultra Balls or Dusk Balls. You could also use a Master Ball if you still have it or chose to use it. Good luck!
