Dragon and Ice Types
Ice-type Pokemon are strong against Ice-type moves. On the offensive side, it can greatly harm a Grass, Ground, Flying, and Dragon-type. (2x the damage)
If you use a Fire type, a Steel type, a Fighting type, or a Rock type against an Ice type ONLY (may not work if Ice type is a dual type which is Ice and another type), it will take double damage and is super effective. If you use another Ice type against an Ice type ONLY, it will do half damage and is not very effective. Hope this helped! =)
Grass, Flying and Rock types.
Garchomp is a Ground/Dragon-type Pokemon, so it's weak to Dragon, Ice, and Fairy-type moves.
