Although you have Pearl, Salamence is the strongest and powerful Pokemon of non legend, if your looking for a useful Pokemon Crickitune, it is useful, you can teach it flash, rock smash, cut, ect.
All the Pokemon can be strong if you grown up them properly and you teach them strong moves!! Do your best!! [Anzu-zen]

∙ 11y agoMilotic/Feebas (Can only be evolved from a Feebas w/ max beauty stat and there are only 6 fishing spots in Route 119 in R/S/E that have a feebas on them)
The Three Starters (There are only one of each per game save file. There is no way to catch any of them in the wild)
Kecleon (There is only a 1% chance of finding one in the wild and you only encounter 3 that you can fight in the entire game)
Castform (Only one in the entire game given to you as a gift from the guys at the weather institute. Cannot be found in the wild)
Chimecho (Only a 1% chance of finding one on top of Mt Pyre in one patch of grass.)
Wynaut (Can only be found by hatching the egg given to you by the lady in Lavaride or by breeding two wobuffets)
Beldum (Only one in the entire game. Given to you by Steven Stone after beating him [Pokeball containing the pokemon found at his house in Mossdeep City)

I suggest using Bulbapedia, Serebii, or Azurilland to find these Pokemon depending on the game you are playing, for some "rare" Pokemon can be common in other games.
