Although you have Pearl, Salamence is the strongest and powerful Pokemon of non legend, if your looking for a useful Pokemon Crickitune, it is useful, you can teach it flash, rock smash, cut, ect.
All the Pokemon can be strong if you grown up them properly and you teach them strong moves!! Do your best!! [Anzu-zen]
Milotic/Feebas (Can only be evolved from a Feebas w/ max beauty stat and there are only 6 fishing spots in Route 119 in R/S/E that have a feebas on them)
The Three Starters (There are only one of each per game save file. There is no way to catch any of them in the wild)
Kecleon (There is only a 1% chance of finding one in the wild and you only encounter 3 that you can fight in the entire game)
Castform (Only one in the entire game given to you as a gift from the guys at the weather institute. Cannot be found in the wild)
Chimecho (Only a 1% chance of finding one on top of Mt Pyre in one patch of grass.)
Wynaut (Can only be found by hatching the egg given to you by the lady in Lavaride or by breeding two wobuffets)
Beldum (Only one in the entire game. Given to you by Steven Stone after beating him [Pokeball containing the pokemon found at his house in Mossdeep City)
clone rare candies
you use a ultra ball
I would say either the Johoto Or Sinnoh Because they have really rare legendaries
In terms of Legendaries, most of the ends of the caves in Pokemon X and Y (Like the Sea Spirit's Den in the Azure Bay near Korrina's town
I know that there are 2 super rare ultra powerful Pokemon in the whole entire Pokemon world. Those Pokemon are Raquaza and Arceus, but what i know is that RAQUAZA is by far the most and i mean the most powerful ultra legendary in the entire Pokemon world.
There are some 'rare' Pokemon that evolve (for example, Beldum), but no legendaries evolve.
carry a lot of ultra balls and just try to catch them, and if you have ruby, Sapphire, or emerald you can trade Pokemon from you gamecube from the Pokemon games like Pokemon xd gale of darkness, and Pokemon Colosseum. so you can get rare Pokemon that way, i had to spend 5 hours trying to catch rayquaza on emerald so it takes a while
It could be, but it is ultra rare to get a Shiny Wynaut from an Pokemon Egg.
Depending on rare, there are actual rare Pokemon and Legendaries. There is a rare Pokemon about in every location and what I mean is by the low encounter rate. Legendaries can be found by certain interactions in different places. I suggest using Bulbapedia, Serebii, or Azurilland to find these Pokemon depending on the game you are playing, for some "rare" Pokemon can be common in other games.
On Pokemon emerald, just clone 99 Pokemon holding a rare candy.
If you mean legendaries, then no.
Solrock is not such a rare Pokemon but you can only get them in ruby/emerald
You catch them. Or trade for them.
No, but it is considered as a rare Pokemon in emerald.
the main rare Pokemon is ragwaza (soz carnt remember how to spell it <:)
Sudowoodo
Snubbull is a rare Pokemon that can only be found in the Safari Zone extension in Pokemon Emerald.
