NO, Cleopatra did not have a tomb that was in a pyramid anyway. It is beleived that she was buried with Mark Antony. She lived and died past the time of pyramids. Update: Cleopatra and Mark Antony would have been entombed but that area of Alexandria suffered catastrophic earthquakes so that area where the tomb likely exists is under water. With the damages suffered to other structures it isn't likely to be intact. It was announced today (April 15, 2009) that a likely site has been discovered. It would be less likely that any remains exist. Like all stories of ships sinking into the ocean there are never any remains found.

The best answer to your question is that it was a large building with at least two stories. Two stories because according to Plutarch, Cleo and her maids had to haul the mortally wounded Antony up and into the second story. Also, the Romans kept Cleopatra talking while another one scaled up the back to gain entrance to her locked tomb. Unfortunately the entire tomb was destroyed by an earthquake and is now underwater in the harbor at Alexandria, although the large doors and parts of pillars have been brought up or have been photographed.
