Her name is Dena Ruiz. She was a newsperson for one of the local Monterey Bay area stations. From what I understand, they first met when she was sent to interview him in Carmel. She admitted at the time she did not know that much about him (all the Westerns, Dirty Harry, etc.). They married in the late 90s-early 00s. They had one child together shortly after that.
