Why is the Rose of Jericho called the resurrection plant?

The Rose of Jericho is called the resurrection plant because it can appear dead and dry for long periods, but when placed in water, it unfurls and turns green again, appearing to come back to life. This ability to revive from a desiccated state gives it the symbolic association with resurrection and rebirth.

Can you add the grim reaper to my sims family in The Sims 3?

Hello. So you want to know if you can add the grim reaper to your family? Well even though many say everywhere it isnt possible because EA has fixed it... well those people are wrong. If you listen carefully i will tell you how to get around this patch they made. And no this isnt a scam. Ok now listen carefully. If you have expansion packs if you remember they might have asked you to let the game update your base game(or the other expansion pack you had on there.). You might think ok what does that have to do with the reaper... Well remember how there was three reapers on just the Sims 3(not expansion pack)game. Those updates get rid of the other two grims and keeps just one so that even if you got the one grim that is left it will make it to where if any sim dies in your world the grim reaper wont come because you have him... so to fix it... it wont be easy.. well it will to some of you but you might not like what im about to tell you. You have to choices... Either uninstall all the expansion packs... or if you have system restore restore the computer to the first time you install just the sims 3. I chose the restore option because i have five different expansions and wasnt uninstalling them all. Oh and if you uninstall the games look at the dates on when you install them and uninstall the first game you put on there and go from there... if you dont do this then they wont uninstall properly and you will know this because when you try and reinstall them it will give you an error message. Anyway the point is if you go back to the first sims 3 you will be able to try for a baby with grim or marry him whatever you have planned now. And dont say you cant marry because i had him marry my sim and no i didnt use a mod because im not doing something like that when i can find a way. Plus there isnt a mod to marry grim i look it up... there is no such thing... anyway hope this help if not... good luck.
