Kal-El, the Superman of Earth-1 (or the Silver Age Superman) is the version most of us are familiar with today. His counterpart, the Golden Age Superman Kal-L, used to live on Earth-2, in an alternate dimension.

Kal-L is about 20 years older than Superman, and has long been married to Lois Lane Kent. He has always been portrayed as being a touch weaker than the modern version, in part because his origins include being merely 'faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.' He had to train himself in order to be able to fly, move mountains, and travel through time; he also never spent any time honing his abilities as Superboy, which may also explain some of the differences.

What would happen if you traveled at light speed?

According to Einsteinian physics (which is an extremely well confirmed theory) it would take an infinite amount of energy to accelerate a mass (such as a person in a spaceship) to the speed of light, and if you were to do such a thing you would necessarily collapse into a black hole - this would happen well before an infinite amount of energy was expended, but since that is the question being asked, I would say that you would wind up as an infinitely massive black hole moving at the speed of light. As such, you would be a very bizarre object indeed. When an object travels at the speed of light the following things would happen:1) Time would slow down for that object when compared to earth2) The object's length would decrease3) The object's mass would increase

Do aliens really exist and if so on which planet?

There is no credible scientific evidence that humanoid aliens exist on any planet, and very little likelihood that they could exist undetected within our solar system. In fact, no trace of any Earth-like lifeform has been found anywhere except on Earth. There are also no signals from planets around other stars that would indicate they may harbor intelligent civilizations. This is in spite of many years of painstaking investigation of radio signals by SETI (Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence). There are, of course, three possibilities:1) that Earth-like life exists only on Earth2) that Earth-like life is as rare in other solar systems as it is in our own3) that life exists almost everywhere and is only rarewithin our solar system
