What would be a good rating of a Pokemon team consisting of Blastoise Meganium Alakazam and Tyranitar?

This Pokemon team will be assessed on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the worst possible team with the most obvious flaws and 10 being a practically unbeatable Pokemon team.

Your Pokemon team has heavy flaws, one being that you have no fifth or sixth Pokemon. A good Pokemon trainer always has five or six Pokemon on a team.
The levels of your Pokemon cannot be judged, so the judging must be done solely on the Pokemon and how many you have. Any well-rounded Pokemon team will be able to beat your team, since a Pokemon with the HM 02 Fly is a must-have (Meganium will lose to the flying Pokemon), which can make it hard to get through the game without one.
Basically, any well-rounded team can beat your team, and you must find two more Pokemon to fill the void. Hint: Make one a Dragon Pokemon - they generally are the best, and also choose a Pokemon to fly you around (some Dragon Pokemon, like Salamence, can fly and will be one Pokemon to fill both voids).
