This question really has no answer. Whatever i say would just be an opinion as we would never know for sure. But: i think he could have been a great wrestler if you talk about show-wrestling, then there's just acting. As a 'normal' wrestler i think he would lack the agility to really stand out...
Activated monster effects can be broken down into Quick, Trigger and Ignition. A triggered effect will say 'When <something>, <do something>. You activate these whenever the condition is met, regardless of whose turn it is. Quick Effects are Spell Speed 2 effects and can be used in either turn also. Many of them can only be used in the opponent's turn. You can recognise a Quick effect by various ways - if it specifically says it can be activated in the opponent's turn, then it must be Spell Speed 2. If it chains to other activations, such as effects that negate others, then it is a Quick Effect. If it is used in any other phase than the main phases, then likewise it must also be Quick and can therefore be used in either turn. If the effect has nothing to identify it as either of the the above, then it is an Ignition Effect. These are spell speed 1, and can only be used in your own main phases.
The monsters that can do this are almost exclusively one of the following, A - monsters that specifically say that's where they activate. B - monsters with a Quick Effect that can negate the activation of a Spell, Trap or monster effect. C - monsters with a Quick Effect that modify a monster's ATK or DEF. No others can be activated, so a monster with a Quick Effect that only destroys a target could not be used.
It depends on what the effect is.If it is a Quick Effect, or a Triggered Effect, then it can be used once in either turn.If it is an Ignition Effect (which it will be if it doesn't specifically respond to something, or specifically say it can be used in the opponent's turn) then it actually means 'Once per your turn'. While confusing, it'd technically be redundant to say 'once per your turn' on an Ignition Effect, they can only be activated in your own turn anyway.
If it is a Quick Effect, then it can be used in either player's turn. You can identify a Quick Effect when they say they negate activations or summons, they have to be spell speed 2 to do this, which is why they can be used in the opponent's turn. Stardust Dragon's negation effect is one example. Also any other monster effect that specifically says it can be activated in the opponent's turn, or both turns, is a Quick Effect. Examples - Injection Fairy Lily, Amazoness Scouts. If it is a Trigger, then it will activate whenever the activation condition is met. For example, Giant Rat, will activate when destroyed by battle, regardless of turn.If it is not Quick, and it is not Trigger, then it is almost surely an Ignition Effect, and can only be used in your own Main Phases. In general, most 'once per turn' effects mean once per yourturn as they are Ignition Effects.
