When I play Pokemon I suddenly become very sleepy why is this?

It happens with most games. If you play them regularly, you will feel tired. I play them constantly, but I don't feel tired as I have been video gaming since I was 2 years old (I am a girl, yes). After a while, you should stop feeling tired, but if not, I would cut down your playing time. The reason it may happen with Pokemon is because Pokemon is very addictive, and you will play it for a long time.
