AnswerWell you see, your dad is not Cyrus (Galactics Leader) and you never battle your dad although i do believe i might know who he is. When you battle Palmer ( Your rivals dad) for the second time, after he says about your dad he says "I wonder how the professer is doing anyway?". I believe that Nintendo is trying to hint that Professer Rowan is your father. If not, it may be another professer.
