First, you have to catch Cobalion in Mistralton Cave at Level 42. Then, the seals on Terrakion and Virizion are removed. Terrakion is in Victory Road, at the end. Fly to the Pokemon League and go south to Victory Road. An entrance to the left leads into Victory Road, but another one on the right leads to Terrakion's chamber. Go into it and head west. There is an opening. Enter it and you will find Terrakion! Terrakion knows Helping Hand, Retaliate, Rock Slide, and Sacred Sword. His ability is Justified, where the Pokemon sucks up all Dark type moves and raises his Attack stat, and he is at Level 42. I caught him easily with a Great Ball, but still take Ultra and Great Balls. Dusk Balls are also useful. It is number 145 on the Unova Pokedex and number 639 in the National Pokedex.

∙ 11y agoYou can catch Terrakion in Pokémon Black 2 in Route 22. It will be found at Level 45 however if you knock it out and then defeat Iris then Terrakion will still be found in Route 22 however it will now be at Level 65.
