Well Ginny liked Harry pretty much from the first moment she found out who he was, which was actually the very first book. She was really shy and awkward around him, so Hermione suggested that she date other people and try to be normal around him. I think she still always liked him, but she did date other guys and learned to have normal conversations with him. Harry finally liked her starting in either the late fifth book, or in the sixth book...
