Presumably killed attempting to flee to South America in May 1945, although some conspiracy theorists claim he made it to Brazil and lived comfortably there under the protection of the pro-Nazi gov't.
If that theory was correct, he would've lived into the 1970's, or 80's, if he was lucky. But he is most definitely dead now.
