∙ 6y agoAt the series is told from Harry's limited view, we don't know for sure when either developed feelings for the other. Certainly, Hermione was upset at Ron's behaviour towards her cat in the third book and was very upset at the way he handled the Yule Ball in the fourth book, so by then she had feelings for him.
Similarly, Ron was very jealous of Hermione's date with Krum in the fourth book so probably started developing feelings around this point, although he probably didn't understand that at the time. In the sixth book, Ron finds out Hermione and Krum shared a kiss and as notably upset at this - so upset he decided to date the first girl who showed interest in him.

∙ 12y agoHarry Potter and Ginny Weasley begin dating in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood after Harry surprisingly kisses her in the Gryffindor Common room when she tells him they have won the Qudditch Cup.
In the movie this is changed and they kiss in the Room of Requirement after hiding the Half-Blood Prince's potion book. It is never made clear if they began to date after that.
