Probably, either or. They might just decide to wait, but I'm sure if they want the big stars have access to the movie before.

When and where is the twilight premiere going to be held...not when it comes out in theatres but when is the premiere with the actors?
Generally a Hollywood premiere is the week before the movie comes out in theatres. I'm guessing the premiere for Twilight will be held in LA as the movie was shot around Portland but they don't do many premieres there.
