When does Dragon Ball heroes come out?

It seem's that Dragon Ball Heroes is going to be some sort of mugen and card insert game.There has been an animated commercial produced for the game, however it seems more suited to be another animé series rather than a card game.

It seems as though, the game is centred around a young boy who looks rather like a young Goku, who plays a card game, but it sucked into the game world itself where he fights along side the original Dragon Ball Z character and some new ones that have been created for the game.

It would be more better if it was a series.
