Go to the Old Chateau. Go to the floor with a TV.
Click on it.
It will ask you if you want to battle Rotom.
Press yes and battle it. It's only of little level.
You might get it in one turn with ultra balls.
Whatever you do don't use master ball!!!!!!!!!!!

∙ 13y agoyou find it in the old chateau at night at 9:00 you go into the largest room (at the top of the stairs) go 1 left and enter the room go to the tv and it will ask you if u would like to hit it say yes and you will battle rotom hope this helps :)

∙ 14y agoRotom can be caught if you examine the TV in the Old Chateau at night. You need to be able to use the move Cut to get to the Old Chateau, but that's the only requirement.
