You can also get Meowth, Azurill, Mime Jr, Bonsly, and Happiny this way. If he says ditto, go into the trophy garden and look for it. (it will be hard to find but worth it) If he doesn't turn off the game, turn it back on and keep doing this and talking to him until he says he saw a ditto.
