When does panpour evolve?

Panpour can be evolved only if its given a Water Stone. If you chose Snivy as your starter Pokemon, go to Dreamyard and the girl at the end before the gate will ask you what Pokemon you started out with. You will get Panpour because Panpour is a water type and is super effective against Fire, which is the Gym leader you will be facing. NOTE: THIS IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO STARTED OUT WITH SNIVY! :]

you can also catch any of the three pan- Pokemon in pinwheel forest, i caught a panpour there

you go to castelia city and go to the docks check for a person who asks you do you have panpour pansage or pansear then pick which ever one you have and he will give you a water fire or grass stone and use your water stone to evolve panpour your fire stone to evolve pansear and the grass stone to evolve pansage.
