Sorry, the only avadible Pokemon transfer is from either Pokemon Ranger games to Diamond and Pearl. Pokemon Ranger offers an exclusive Manaphy transfer and Pokemon Ranger 2 offers a Manaphy, Riolu and Darkrai transfer. These transfers can only be triggered after the game on Pokemon Ranger 1/2.
How do you see a manaphy?
first you get the mystery gift. (go to jubilife tv station floor 3 talk to the guy next to the girl. first say everyone happy i think than he will ask you again say wi-fi connection. the mystery gift will be on the on the first page press start select r and l it will bring yiu there go to mystery gift say yes to everything if it asks than go to the second choice of three it will take a while if you give up get your friend then go to friend communication instead. once tat is over go to any poke mart in sinoh you will see a guy in greenb talk to him he gives you a whole bunch of stuff make sure you have a space in your party i think he will give you the azure flute some other stuff and an egg the egg contains manaphy in it.if you want a phione you raise a ditto and a manaphy in the daycare fnally you get the egg make it hatch and it will be a phione i thinkp.s. i hoped this long long answer hlped and you get manaphy and if you want phione.You also must have gotten a Manaphy egg on any of the Pokemon Rangers.It could be that on Pokemon ranger you go to ranger net click new missions do whatever it tells you to do and somehow connect them and then you go to a poke mart talk to everybody there and i think you will get an egg.You must trade it from D/P/Pt.You have to trade Manaphy from D/P/Pt, where you have to trade it from Pokemon Ranger.

Next you need to get the egg from a guy in a green suit in a Poke Mart in the game you traded the egg too. He will be standing in front of the counter next to the cashier. Then all you have to do is hatch it. Then, if you want, you can breed Manaphy with a Ditto and get Phione.
