Deanna Troi was created in 1987.
Don't understand the question as it's so vague, but I sense the answer should be the fabulous Deanna Troi ;-)
If you are referring to the new movie, there isn't a counselor (or at least not one who features as a main character) But if you are talking about the Next Generation series then Deanna Troi is ship's counselor. Hope that answered your question :)
Deanna Troi's sister is named Kestra Troi. She appears in the "Star Trek: The Next Generation" episode titled "Dark Page," where it is revealed that she died when they were children, significantly impacting Deanna's life and emotional state. Kestra's character adds depth to Deanna's backstory and highlights themes of loss and family connection in the series.
The last name of the Star Trek: The Next Generation character Counselor Deanna is Troi. She is half-human and half-Betazoid, serving as the ship's counselor aboard the USS Enterprise-D.
It is only unethical if she actually uses her abilities during the game, and she would never do that. So no, it is not unethical for her to play poker.
