Elvis Presley was born in January 8th 1935 and died on August 16th 1977.

The king was fat like santa when he was about 30 maybe younger or older a little.

There was a lot more involved with ELVIS being way over weight, than just bad food eating habits & prescription drugs,etc; He had medical problems with Heart conditions, that was not publicized to much in newspapers around the country, except in and around the Memphis area mostly;

If you'll remember, his mother also was very pudgy, in several years before her death too; Elvis , like his mother, had a de-fibula ting heart condition,; Irregular & too fast of heart beats at times, causing poor blood circulation , thereby causing water retention in the body; He was told by Doctors, to Come in to Hospitals & too stay in bed for a FEW weeks, to get the bloating & water reduced ; He was warned by doctors, that he could have a heart attack, if he did not do this;

Elvis would go in to the hospital but after a few days, would check himself out of hospital, instead of doing as the doctor had recommended; This happened on two or three occasions as I remember from newspaper reports in Memphis Papers back then;

The day after he died, his doctor reported in the paper, that he did have this heart condition, and if medic's could have come to his home sooner, they may have been able to save him, with shocking his heart, getting it back into correct rhythmic beats; ; If his girlfriend had awaken sooner too, he could have been saved; There was no-one else to check on him, cause she was in his room with him, & no one was allowed to enter their room, when they were together , of course;
