Where and how to get pikachu in mystery dungeon explorers of sky?

i have seen answers saying you can't but there is a dungeon with one called [zero isle]. Do not search it unless you have a cheat allowing pokemon at [zero isle] to join you.

Well... Squirtle can either male or female so if you're male you need the quirky type or if you're female you need the bold type.

I think you can only have it if you choose if as your partner Pokemon or if you choose it as your own po.kemon. I'm not 100 percent though
