One's in the jungle, in the well opened when you put all the jewels in the tikis' eyes. Next, when you return to the harbor, another one of her parts is in a chest near the projector screen where you first entered. On skull island, after one of the anchors, jump on the small islands to get to a big one. Climb up to its top to get daisy's next part. Finally, if you defeated hook's machine, you'll get daisy's last part from hook's second in command.
