Nogba is a gba emulator to play GBA games on your computer so it is probably not supported by gameshark.
Eevee is a free Pokemon. you get in Celadon city at lv.20 on top of the central tower. If you raise it properly it is very useful. Other than that there aren't any other free Pokemon i know of in LG & FR
you cant play pokemon white on a computer without having a no$gba emulator or desume emulator once you have the emulator you can go get the rom for pokemon white.
