I assume you're trying to stream an online episode, and you're watching it immediately after loading the page.
Just start up the video, and when it starts, pause it. Go do something else for a while. When you come back, the video will have loaded somewhat. You can press play and it will no longer buffer. If after a while it does start buffering again, just repeat.
It isn't about the website. All videos everywhere have to load.
Also, the quality at which you're watching it affects how much it has to load. If you're watching it in high quality, it will take a longer time to load than standard quality.
