or u can go to jubilife city and then go north(up) onto route 204 and follow the gray path to a large grass meadow and use your pokeradar to find Pokemon, it should be the one that sparkles sort of, he is at like level 4 so yah and make sure you have TIMER and QUICK balls, try them both, it took me a while to get it and i used a timer ball, just keep throwing balls, it only knows growl so it wonts do any damage to u
It might take a while so be patient, but not a LONG LONG time, i found it in about 7-10 min.
