Number 6 is Infernapre and you can see it if you chose Chimchar as your starter Pokemon and level it up to level 36 to make it evolve into its final form, Infernapre. It you didn't pick Chimchar as your starter Pokemon the Flint of the Elite four will have it in his party. Number 9 is Empoleon and again if you picked Piplup as your starter Pokemon then you have to level it up to level 36 to make it evolve into its final form, Empoleon. If you didn't pick Piplup as your starter Pokemon then a trainer on Victory Road has it in their party. Number 19 is Luxary and you can level up your Shinx to make it evolve into Luxio and then level it up again to make it evlole into Luxary. If you don't want to do this then Volkner, the Sunyshore City Gym leader has Luxary in his party. Number 22 is Alakazam and you would have to trade with someone that has a Kadabra as when you trade Kadabra and it gets to you it will evolve into Alakazam. If you can't do this then you their is a trainer on Victory Road who has it in their party.
